Black History Day

This week the children in the Wrens and Bluebell Nursery have been celebrating Black History Month. They talked about Martin Luther King and wrote about what they dream about. 

They also made African necklaces, cotton bowls and drew lovely sunset paintings of the African plains.

Our penultimate success was making an African banana bread and eating it for snack. It was delicious!
