The Magic Box

We started this term by studying 'The Magic Box' by Kit Wright.  We used the poem to inspire our own poetry writing. We thought about what we could put in our own Box, including things you could touch and hold, imaginary things and even memories. We were lucky enough to be able to share our poems with the Kestrels, Robins, Wrens and Mrs Mort.

Once we were finished we made our own magic boxes by using shaving foam and food colouring to make a magic marbling effect.
