When the vet came to Visit

Today we had a special visit from Lucy the vet. She talked to us about her job, how to look after a pet at home and how to be dog smart.  She also showed us some x rays of unusual things pets often swallow and different types of pet poo which went down a storm! The children then enjoyed wrapping bandages on the soft toys and giving them injections to make them better. Finally the morning ended with the children all having a listen to their heart beat through the stethoscope.

A big thank you to Lucy for giving up her time to come in and talk about her occupation. Teddy said' That talk was amazing!' He wasn't wrong.
