Word detectives

This week we have been working hard on our spellings. We became word detectives whilst reading our class text ‘Goldilocks and Just the One Bear,’ using magnifying glasses to look closely at words within pictures and in the text. We searched for words with double consonants, alternate spellings for sounds and also words with adjacent consonants. We had lots of fun and found lots of different words.
